I’ve been busy with other business so far this week so I’ve been out of commission at Washington Babylon. But late last week I ran two stories about President Trump’s choice to head the Pentagon, Patrick Shanahan.
This one reported that Shanahan was in deep trouble because of nasty allegations about domestic violence made by his former wife, and this one said that as a result he would likely never be confirmed as defense secretary.
The story of the day today is that I was right, as you can see from this image below. Though none of the headlines technically read, “Ken Silverstein Was Right and the Rest of the Media is Now Chasing His Story,” that would be appropriate.
Anyway, I’m busy but I just thought I’d take a few minutes to gloat. And I’ll be back tomorrow with some killer content.
