Samantha, destroyer of nations, hit-and-run driver.

Wouldn’t you just know it, the godawful Samantha Power, the Obama administration’s appalling UN ambassador, has recently hit the professional lecture circuit, where she bills herself as a “Global Thinker”? Not content to have helped destroy countries such as Sudan, South Sudan, Syria and Libya, among others, with her zealous, blind advocacy of regime change and “nation building,” Power is now circling the globe selling her stupid ideas for maximum return.

Among the scintillating topics she speaks on are, “THE STATE OF THE WORLD: CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES”; “LEADERSHIP: WHY IT MATTERS”; “HOW YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR SLICE OF THE WORLD”; and “THE NEW DIPLOMACY: PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST IN THE 21ST CENTURY.” Her fee per speech is unknown, but based on the little I know of the lecture circuit — I am available, book today by emailing me at ken@washingtonbabylon.com; must also accommodate my all-pork diet — she’s got to be raking in $25,000 to $100,000 per pop.

According to her rather self-congratulatory and bloated speakers bureau bio, this privileged brat was “the youngest-ever U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations” and is “a leading voice internationally for principled [emphasis added] American engagement in the world.” Miss Brainiac also is one of TIME’s “100 Most Influential People” and has spent “half of her career explaining complex geopolitical events as a Pulitzer Prize-winning author, war correspondent, and Harvard professor – and the last eight years helping to shape them.”

In April, 2017 this struggling member of the working class  “returned to teaching, as the Anna Lindh Professor of Practice at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Law School, where she is writing a book,The Education of an Idealist, which will chronicle her years in public service and reflect on the role of human rights and humanitarian ideals in contemporary geopoliticsAs the 28th U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., Power became the public face of U.S. opposition to Russian aggression in Ukraine and Syria.

The bragfest bio goes on and on and on. Jesus Christ, Samantha, I know you have to promote yourself but don’t you get a little embarrassed by portraying yourself as the world’s biggest saint?

Oh, and by the way, this monster is married to smug Grade A Asshole Cass Sunstein. Check out these pix of their wedding, though if you woke up with a stomach ache I urge you to wait a few hours or vomit first. In some of these pictures Power has on that same steely yet condescending look she famously wore at the UN when accusing other countries of war crimes while conveniently forgetting her home nation’s abysmal record of global criminality. Gosh, her three hour speech at the wedding must have been fun, I hope they had a lot of booze on hand.

Saving the world? I have a lot to talk about! My motorcade killing African child? Call my press office.

Her speakers page also features various videos of Power in action, including her nauseating UN speech — lovingly recalled in thousands of U.S. media accounts — where she asked, “Are you truly incapable of shame?” of Russia, Iran and other allies of the Assad regime in Syria. Little Miss Blowhard went on, “Denying or obfuscating the facts, as you will do today — saying up is down, black is white — will not absolve you. When one day there is a full accounting of the horrors committed in this assault of Aleppo — and that day will come, sooner or later — you will not be able to say you did not know what was happening. You will not be able to say you were not involved. We all know what is happening. And we all know you are involved.”

Well, Power, take a long, unloving look in the mirror. That’s all I can muster at the moment. I already had breakfast and your righteous indignation makes me want to throw up.

You know what also makes me want to throw up? The fact that you tried to evade responsibility for the death of a child in Africa, who was a hit-and-run victim of your motorcade, and then your media pals tried to make you out to be a hero in the face of all the evidence to the contrary? Your role in this 7-year-old’s death  is one topic you’re curiously quiet on.

This moral hypocrisy sort of reminds me of the country, administration and president (Obama, for the uninitiated) you represented for eight years. But don’t worry, I’m sure there won’t be any blowback, you paid the child’s family the equivalent of $1,700. Such a liberal thing to do.
